Hi, I’m Amy — a nutritionist, registered nurse, and fellow athlete who helps endurance runners reach their full potential through proper fueling.
Having grown up playing competitive sports, exploring strength training and kettlebells, and now racing ultras, with two science-based degrees, I bring together years of education and firsthand experience in the endurance world. I know the reality of long training blocks, early alarms, mental dips, and the constant balance between miles, work, and life, and trying to eat right through it all.
My approach is rooted in teaching athletes how to use nutrition to maximize training adaptations, support wellbeing, and sustain longevity in the sport. I combine foundational nutrition principles with current, evidence-based fueling strategies, applied practically, without restrictive rules or complicated diets.
Whether you’re training for your first 50K or preparing for a 200-miler, nutrition is the key to your next breakthrough and I’m here to help you get there.
